Is a bedroom available on the ground floor?
Yes. The senior suite is on the ground floor with direct, step-free access to the garden and pool. This facilitates movement but is not a formal accessibility certification.
Is the villa air-conditioned?
Yes. All bedrooms and living spaces have reversible air conditioning for summer and winter comfort.
Is parking available?
Yes. The private garage can accommodate up to three cars.
